the best pizzas - OUR WAY

Not all pizza is the same. Most of the world's great Pizza is styled upon the classic neopolitan shape and taste. Not ours.

but...

We think there's room in the world for more than one type of pizza, and hey, you don't have to pick a side - you can eat different pizza just like eating different shaped pasta. Who'd confine themselves to just penne, right?

So come and try our pizzas - they're not round, they're pretty loaded, and we think they're great and we hope you agree, but if you prefer a different style or you want the best of both worlds, then we salute you.

Some of our recipes differ from recipes in Italy, which is ok, because we're in bridport. Many more are authentic Italian recipes from friends of ours in the deep south of the boot. We want to share them with you because they mean something to us.
